Making a bench/ottoman

I saw this cafe table on craig's list. This remind me of the Campaign Funiture line from Restoration Hardware. See the stool in this picture below? I was thinking get a plywood board, some zebra print fabric, and some padding, a staple gun, then we'll have a similiar looking bench/ottoman with funky zebra fabric.
